Johnson Central pounded out five extra base hits, including a pair of home runs, and the Lady Eagles downed cross-town rival Paintsville, 10-4, in a game played on Thursday night.
Randi Delong and winning pitcher Emily Adkins each belted a home run as Johnson Central moved to 16-3. Clara Blair added three hits, including a pair of doubles and drove in two runs. Mayson Delong tripled, singled, and scored three runs.
Chloe Hannah was the losing pitcher as the Lady Tigers fell to 10-12.

Pikeville pitcher Emily Ford scattered four hits as the Lady Panthers went on the road and beat Knott County Central, 3-1, in a game played on Thursday night.
Ford also had a pair singles and scored as Pikeville improved to 17-7. Cassidy Slater added two hits, scored, and drove in one run. Kelcie Adams tripled and scored.

Pike Central and Shelby Valley were involved in a slugfest before the Lady Hawks earned an 11-10 win in a game played on Thursday night.
Livia Sanders had three hits, including a home run for the Lady Hawks, now 8-16. Daily Damron had two hits, one a double and batted in four runs while Emalie Tackett singled, walked twice and scored twice.
Lilly Blackburn was the winning pitcher.

Belfry saw a two-run lead slip away in the top of the seventh inning as Logan rallied to score five runs and beat the Lady Pirates, 9-6, in a game played at Massey Energy Field on Thursday night.
Taylor Noe had three hits, including a triple and scored a pair of runs as the Lady Wildcats moved to 4-5. Abby Baisden added three hits, one a double, and scored twice.
Harlee Quick was the winning pitcher.
Breanna Tello tripled and singled, scored twice and drove in two runs for the Lady Pirates, now 10-9. Kylee Phillips added a pair of hits and batted in two runs.
Molly Fahm took the loss.

Winning pitcher Laney Bledsoe belted a home run, doubled, singled, scored two runs and knocked in a pair for the Lady Tigers, now 10-12. Maggie Music added three hits, including a pair of doubles and drove in two runs while scoring a pair. Chessa Collins doubled in two runs and scored.
Emalie Tackett blasted a solo home run for the Lady Hawks, now 7-16. She also scored three runs. Sydnee Lowe, Daily Damron and Cailyn Holbrook each drove in a pair of runs.
Lilly Blackburn suffered the loss.

Perry Central roughed up Belfry starter Trista Marcum as the Lady Commodores cruised to a 12-5 win in a game played at Massey Energy Field on Wednesday night.
Natalie Fite had a pair of singles and knocked in one run for the Lady Pirates, now 10-8. Sydney Stafford doubled in one run and scored while Marcum singled, walked and scored.

Second-seeded Tug Valley was looking to return to the championship game opposite sectional rival Man, but the Panthers came up short against unbeaten Pendleton County, 38-35, at the Charleston Coliseum Thursday afternoon.
Caleb May finished with 20 points as Tug Valley’s season ends at 13-3. Ethan Colegrove chipped in seven.
